Welcome to Zuv. By accessing our website, booking a consultation, or entering our private matchmaking pool, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Zuv is not a traditional matrimonial database; it is a bespoke, human-led matchmaking service exclusively for the Kashmiri Pandit community.

Please read these terms carefully, as they govern your relationship with Zuv and the other members of our private network.

1. Eligibility & Accuracy of Information

To use Zuv, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to marry under the laws of your jurisdiction. Zuv is an exclusive network designed specifically for the Kashmiri Pandit community.

• You agree that all information provided during your Discovery Call—including your age, marital status, professional background, and educational credentials—is 100% accurate and truthful.

• Providing false information is grounds for immediate, permanent removal from the Zuv network without notice.

2. The Zuv Process & Code of Conduct

Zuv operates on mutual respect, prompt communication, and strict confidentiality. As a member of our private pool, you agree to the following Code of Conduct:

• Responsiveness: You agree to respond to introduction proposals and communications from the Zuv team in a timely manner.

• Respectful Engagement: You will treat all potential matches with dignity. Harassment, abusive language, or inappropriate behavior during dates or communications will result in immediate expulsion.

• Strict Confidentiality: You are strictly prohibited from taking screenshots, downloading, or sharing the profiles, photographs, or personal details of any Zuv matches with individuals outside of your immediate decision-making circle (e.g., forwarding a match's photo to a public WhatsApp group).

3. Financial Terms & The Success Fee

Zuv operates on a high-accountability model to align our incentives with your successful outcome.

• The Discovery Call: The initial consultation is completely free of charge.

• Onboarding/Retainer Fee: Zuv may charge an upfront, non-refundable onboarding fee to enter the active matching pool. (Note: Zuv reserves the right to waive this fee at our sole discretion for Founding Members).

• The Success Fee: Upon the successful finalization of a match facilitated by Zuv (defined as a formal agreement to marry, a Roka ceremony, or an engagement), a final Success Fee becomes immediately due and payable. The specific amount of the Success Fee will be agreed upon in writing prior to your activation in the matchmaking pool.

4. Vetting & Limitation of Liability

While we utilize our Home, Head, and Heart framework to deeply understand our members and facilitate highly compatible introductions, Zuv is not a private investigation firm.

• We conduct foundational identity and professional verification, but we do not guarantee the absolute accuracy of every detail provided by members.

• You are solely responsible for your own safety, due diligence, and final decision-making when interacting with matches, both virtually and in person.

• Zuv, its founder, and its employees shall not be held liable for any damages, emotional distress, financial losses, or disputes arising from your interactions with other members, or from the outcome of any marriage facilitated through the platform.

5. Account Removal & Termination

We reserve the right to pause or permanently terminate your membership at any time, for any reason, particularly if we believe you have violated the Code of Conduct, breached confidentiality, or misrepresented yourself. You may also request to pause or remove your profile at any time by contacting us directly.

6. Modifications to the Service

Zuv is a continuously evolving platform. We reserve the right to modify our matchmaking frameworks, pricing structures, or service offerings at any time. Active members will be notified of any material changes to pricing or privacy practices before they take effect.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
