1. The "Zero Public Profile" Guarantee

Unlike traditional matrimonial platforms or chaotic networking groups, Zuv does not have a searchable database. Your profile, photographs, and personal details cannot be browsed, searched, or viewed by the public or other members of the Zuv network.

To facilitate our human-led matchmaking process, we collect information directly from you during our private interactions:

• Outreach Data: Basic contact information provided when you initiate a conversation via WhatsApp, phone, or email (Name, Phone Number, Email Address).

• Deep Discovery Data: Information gathered during your 1-on-1 consultation. This includes your non-negotiables, lifestyle routines, financial perspectives, and emotional preferences mapped across our proprietary Home, Head, and Heart framework.

• Verification Data: Basic professional and educational background information to maintain the high integrity of our private pool.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used exclusively for the purpose of finding highly compatible life partners. We use your Deep Discovery Data to manually cross-reference compatibility regarding daily routines, mindset, and emotional connection before ever making an introduction.

4. How Your Information is Shared (The Double-Consent Rule)

We employ a strict, phased approach to sharing your information with potential matches:

• Phase 1: Anonymous Curation. When a highly compatible match is identified, we share an anonymous, value-based overview of your Home, Head, and Heart alignment. No names, photographs, or identifying employment details are shared at this stage.

• Phase 2: Mutual Consent. Photographs and exact identities are unlocked and shared only after both parties have reviewed the anonymous overviews and explicitly confirmed mutual interest.

We will never share your data, biodata, or photographs with third parties, external agencies, or extended family members without your direct, explicit consent.

5. Data Security and Storage

Your personal information, consultation notes, and photographs are stored in heavily restricted, secure enterprise environments. Because we operate as a private concierge rather than a software-as-a-service platform, access to your file is strictly limited to our core matchmaking team.

6. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You retain complete control over your narrative. At any time, you have the right to:

• Review the information we have on file for you.

• Update or correct your preferences.

• Request the immediate and permanent deletion of your profile, photographs, and consultation notes from our system (whether you have found a match or simply wish to pause your search).

7. Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to our privacy practices, we will notify our active private pool members directly via email or WhatsApp prior to those changes taking effect.
