Standard matrimonial sites operate by making your biodata a public catalog. Zuv operates as a private vault. This Privacy Policy explains exactly what data we collect, how we fiercely protect it, and the strict protocols governing how it is shared.

1. The Core Zuv Privacy Promise

• Zero Public Profiles: Your profile, photos, and personal details are never publicly searchable, indexable by Google, or visible to a general user base.

• No Third-Party Selling: We do not sell your personal data, contact information, or behavioral data to advertisers, data brokers, or third-party networks.

• Human-Led Security: Your data is managed by our dedicated executive matchmaking team, not an automated public algorithm.

2. Information We Collect

To execute our Home, Head, and Heart alignment framework and provide an executive-level service, we collect the following:

• Identity & Contact Data: Full name, date of birth, current city, phone number (WhatsApp), and email address.

• Professional Data: Education history, current profession, and LinkedIn profile (used strictly for internal verification to ensure the purity of our network).

• Framework & Psychometric Data: Information gathered during your Deep Discovery Call, including your lifestyle preferences, conflict resolution styles, family dynamics, and non-negotiables.

• Visual Data: Photographs provided by you for the express purpose of matchmaking.

• Financial Data: Payment details for the Commitment Deposit and Success Fee. (Note: Zuv does not store your credit card numbers. All transactions are securely processed via encrypted, industry-standard third-party payment gateways like Stripe/Razorpay).

3. The "Double Opt-In" Sharing Protocol (How Matches Happen)

Because we have no public database, your data is only shared on an individual, highly controlled basis. We use a strict two-step protocol to protect your identity:

• Step 1: The Value based Bio. When we identify a highly aligned match for you, we create a "Value based Bio." This includes your core values, lifestyle preferences (Home, Head, and Heart), age, and general professional field. It does not include your name, your exact employer, your contact information, or your photographs. * Step 2: The Double Opt-In. Your photographs and identifying details are ONLY shared with a potential match if, and only if, both you and the match have reviewed each other's Bios and explicitly agreed to a full introduction.

4. Who Has Access to Your Data?

• The Zuv Team: Only authorized Zuv matchmaking personnel have access to your full profile to conduct the curation and vetting process.

• Vetted Matches: Only individuals who have passed our intake process, paid the Commitment Deposit, and achieved a Double Opt-In with you will see your identifying details.

• Parents & Third Parties: Zuv communicates strictly with the primary candidate. We will not share your relationship status, match feedback, or personal data with your parents, relatives, or friends without your explicit, written directive.

5. Data Retention & Your "Right to be Forgotten"

Your data belongs to you.

• Active Users: We retain your data while you are in the active 6-month matching pool.

• Success & Pausing: If you successfully find a partner (triggering the Success Fee) or request to pause your search, your profile is immediately removed from the active curation pool.

• Deletion: You have the absolute right to request the complete deletion of your profile, photos, and Discovery Call notes at any time. Upon receiving a written request at our contact email, your personal records will be permanently expunged from our active servers within 7 business days, excluding basic transactional records required by tax and accounting laws.

6. Security Measures

We implement rigorous digital and operational security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, no digital transmission is 100% secure. By using Zuv, you acknowledge that you provide this information willingly to facilitate the matchmaking process.

7. Communication Consent

By joining Zuv, you consent to being contacted by our team via WhatsApp, phone, or email strictly for the purposes of scheduling Discovery Calls, presenting matches, collecting feedback, and processing payments.

8. Policy Updates

If we make material changes to how we handle your privacy, we will notify you directly via email or WhatsApp.
